Plaka in Leonidio: a picturesque fishing village with a wonderful beach
Plaka is one of the most beautiful spots in coastal Arkadia. A picturesque fishing village with colourful houses, clear blue waters, pebble beaches and a wonderful harbour where fishing and leisure boats moor. Just a few meters away from each other. You will also find eateries with tables on the sea and a pedestrian street for strolling that ends at the harbour.
The best-known place to eat is the Fisherman's Tavern (I Taverna tou Psarra). It is worth combining swimming with food.
Plaka is a breath away from Leonidio.
It may be so small but the beauty that has fit in there cannot be described, the photos speak for themselves.
The waters are crystal blue and crystal clear, you can swim even between the boats.
