Aliotou beach in Nea Epidavros
Nea Epidavros may not be as well-known touristically as the nearby Ancient Epidavros, however it has a wonderful sandy beach that if you are nearby you must visit it.
It is a large and pretty pleasant beach, suitable for small children, with a view of the Saronic islands. In the marina is the busiest point where most of the taverns are gathered together with the sunbeds.
There is only a small part of the beach in the marina, the larger part is further down. Much quieter at that point, with more room to spread out and tamarisks for shade. In summer it is crowded but if you go before the end of July it will be much quieter.

Concerning the taverns, you will find Ippokambos, Kymata and Marilena in the marina, while Akrogiali is on the quiet side. In all of them you will enjoy greek traditional dishes on the beach.
